All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
Estimated delivery times:
United States: 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
